Dolce District started with one churn, a citrus obsession, and a stubborn idea that a neighborhood gelato counter could look as bright as it tastes.

How we started

One churn, every morning.

We opened on Main Street with a single batch freezer and a short list of flavors we actually wanted to eat. No tubs trucked in overnight — just cream, fruit, and citrus turned the morning of, then wheeled straight to the case.

That hasn't changed. Everything you scoop here was made a few feet away, in small batches, by the same people behind the counter.

Where we're headed

A counter worth the trip.

We're growing the rotating flavor list, building out carts for events, and packing more pints for the freezer at home — all without losing the small-batch feel that started it.
