Dolce District started with one churn, a citrus obsession, and a stubborn idea that a neighborhood gelato counter could look as bright as it tastes.
Everything in the case was made that morning — cream, fruit, and citrus turned in small batches by the same people behind the counter. No tubs trucked in overnight, ever.
